Truly Lead-Free Rhinestones do not exist, these rhinestones are considered Low Lead rhinestones the amount of lead in these items will be well below required levels. These rhinestones are referring to as lead compliant. This is based solely on the manufacturer’s testing and official test results can be provided per request. Our manufacture is SGS Certified. Testing has not been done by The Sparkle and Shimmer Factory. (Lead Laws) advise that all rhinestones may be unsafe for Ages 12 and under and should not be used for their creations.
